The service

justsay.trade helps tradespeople make quotes, invoices, jobs and customer records by voice or by typing. It reads back what it understood, and nothing is saved or sent until you confirm.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what is done in your account and for the details you enter, including your customers’ details.

Check before you send

Speech can be misheard. Always check the read-back before confirming. You are responsible for the prices, tax and wording on your quotes and invoices, and for meeting the tax rules where you work.

Prices and billing

Your first 3 quotes, jobs or invoices are free. After that a monthly subscription in your local currency is needed to create more; everything you made stays viewable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from Your plan. Free months from referrals are applied as credit to your bills.

Fair use

Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to try to get at other businesses’ data or disrupt the service.

Your content

Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy page.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the service running and improving, and may change it over time. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you first.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
